Executive Chef Mike W. White

Cooking since he was a child, Chef Mike W. White prides himself on being a self-taught, award-winning Chef of the industry. Working his entire life to hone his skills and self-educate, it’s now his mission to spread his culinary vision with others. His charity, The Kitchen Kids Inc., opens a culinary path to children throughout New Mexico. Actively seeking ways to push boundaries and highlight New Mexico on the culinary map, he has been recognized with People’s Choice, multiple Best of the City wins, and Community Charity Awards as well as numerous consecutive “Chef of the Year” nominations from the New Mexico Restaurant Association. Chef Mike was a finalist for New Mexico Restaurant Neighbor Award, earned the title 2018 New Mexico Chef of the Year and has since been nominated nationally to the National Restaurant Association. Most recently, he was named 2019 Albuquerque the Magazine's Best Chef, then shortly after garnered a 'Local Hero Award' from New Mexico's Edible magazine for his philanthropy work with one of his 501c3's, 505 Food Fights. 

With this momentum, Chef Mike intends to bring a myriad of new restaurant concepts to New Mexico and help a once thriving industry break new grounds. High Point Grill, Rustico - Italian Kitchen, Grit - Country Kitchen, the 505 Food Fights, The Kitchen Kids Inc. and soon, much more!
